If you are very much interested in Management, and wants to do an MBA for sure, then the combination could be, BBA + MBA
Do MBA from top ''B'' schools only.
If u are intrested in making ur career in computer field then go for BCA You should do the MCA after completing BCA to have the sound knowledge on software applications,to do MCA course then you have maths in your 12th class otherwise you are not applicable for MCA course.

Germany is a country known for its Technical advancements, so an MS in Mechanical from Germany will surely be a nice step!
There are usually two intakes Sep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so you need to plan accordingly. The deadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /April intake is in July.
Hence, you will need to make an early application.
