Hi Koushik, pursuing MBA degree is the most preferred career option by today's generation due to the variety of scope.
There are several specialties available in the MBA degree programs. While choosing the best institute for yourself there are certain aspects which cannot be left aside like the recognition, faculty, placements, fees, etc. So, try to avoid haste decisions and it will be suggestible to contact the institutes personally before joining any one of them as such information differs from one institute to another.

Dear Raunak, options are many and every one eventually get hold of their livelihood. However, only those have good carrier in terms of position, progress and monitory gains who are hard worker, focused, fix their target, don't change it mid way and chase it with full zeal. First of all develop this quality. Now, being a 12th grade student, you should think in terms of line of education and not in terms of carrier. Once you complete your education, a variety of carrier prospective will be thrown open to you. Although, you may like to give NDA exam for joining defense forces for which eligibility is 10+2.
