Hi,
Yes, you can pursue both the programs from two different universities as per UGC guidelines, but you should go for M.Ed program through regular mode and M.Com as distance mode.
You would get the right tools and techniques for teaching methodology and plus you will upgrade your education.
All the best.

It depends, what you want to do after completing class 12th. But, most of the courses require mathematics as a main subject and even few schools gives you an option for taking mathematics as an additional subject. If your school doesn't gives you that option, then automatically mathematics will be the main subject.

This question is quite ambiguous one as the duration of the course can vary depending on the number of attempts one takes to clear all the exams.
There's a gap of 9months, effectively 12 when it comes to giving exams . So it requires 3years to clear all the exams (assuming cleared in first attempt itself).
Apart from that some mandatory trainings are to be done which altogether will take another year.
So the duration comes to around 4 years, subject to clearing the exams in first attempt.
All the best.
