Dear Danish,
What do you mean by Hotel Manager? There is nothing called "Hotel Manager" in a 5 star property. They call the over-all In-charge as "General Manager(GM)". Hotel Manager is generally for small hotels where Manager looks after the complete operations. Otherwise, in big hotels, you have separate Managers for all 4 core departments who report to the GM.
If you want to get into a Leadership role, you must have Leadership skill and good communication skills. After joining the MT programme, you gradually move up the ladder.

Hi,
You need a decent command over English to crack IPMAT. Though Vocabulary is not the only need, it may enhance your chances for a better score. You must also work on concepts in grammar which carries a large chunk in IPMAT. All the Best.

Hi Sumit Sharma,
This will depend on what you mean by bright future. Every person has his own ambition. Find out yours and decide what to study. Check your education background and look for relevant programs. You have just mentioned that you are in class 12th, from this it can't be inferred which stream you are in and what your interests are for any suggestions either.
