Hello Shahgil,
The general fee structure for B.Tech CSE at VIT University is Rs 1,85,000/-1,95,000/- per annum and for hostels, you may need to pay around Rs 80,000-1 lakh (if required).
But in VIT, there are categories in which the tuition fee structure increases by one lakh for every category.

No, it is not. JEE Mains is used only for admission Into undergraduate engineering programs in Central government colleges like NITs, IITs, etc.
For B.Sc computer science, only your board exams would d be used for admission. However, some colleges conduct entrance exams for admission.
