For purpose of regular LLM courses you need to attend classes and being an employee it gets difficult.However if you get to have only exams to be given then you might take admission in regular course else a distance learning could be an option.

This will depend on the university you are applying to and your overall profile. Some universities, the highly ranked ones won't prefer so many backlogs while some may. Your chances will also depend on your SOP, LOR, IELTS scores, etc. You must also check the university websites for the entry requirements, email them and prepare accordingly.

If you want to pursue CAT coaching course, then it varies as per the mode whether its full time classes mode or offline correspondence mode.
Class mode generally ranges around and above Rs. 40000, but there are certain scholarships test, where you can get your fees reduced depending upon the merit score.
Correspondence courses start from around Rs 20000 and above.
