Hi Harish,
In order to apply for the post of a Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA), you will require to qualify admission procedure through the PSC (Public Service Commission) of the particular state. The vacancy notification is released in the newspapers like Employment news and Rozgar based on which you may apply for the same. But as far I would know about the eligibility criteria, you would not be eligible to apply for the BSA as the minimum educational qualification required is a Post Graduate Degree.
Kindly revert for any further queries, also if you liked this answer then rate it 'Best answer' or give a 'Thumbs Up' rating.
All the Best!

Hi Sanshay,
Acting is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of talent and hard work. Few qualities that a good actor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc.
Also I would advice you to get a portfolio done and submit it in various Fashion houses, AD agencies and Modeling agencies, as AD and Modeling usually provides the platform for Acting in movies.
Few good acting institutes are
Marwah Studios
AAFT
FTII
Purple Rose Academy etc.
