Prashant, first step is to take the GMAT and TOEFL. Work hard on communication skills - verbal and writing. Think carefully about what you want to specialize in. There are many specializations within the MBA itself - finance, HR, Health care, tourism, and so on. As you prepare for your tests, sesarch the web for MBA schools in the US. Visit their websites and read about different universities. You will become an expert in no time!

Hi,
Yes, even though work experience is not a requirement by this university , the university prefers candidates with work experiences between 2-5 years. Hence, it is recommended for you to apply to this university if you have work experience between 2-5 years. There are hardly 2-3 students who get admission without work experience every year.
For reference, please visit: http://www.uta.edu/business/mba/admission.html
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
