You can still check University of Windsor, University of Alberta, McMaster University, Simon Fraser to name a few. Yes, definitely. IITs are better than BHU and NITs without any doubt specially if you are doing MBA from IIT-Mumbai, Delhi and Madras. These are better in studies, learning, placement and all the other activities.
