It won't be possible to get into Ph.D. without scoring 55%, and some more points are also need to cover:
Masters degree in Journalism and Mass Communication
55% marks in aggregate at postgraduate level
M.Phil. From any recognised university or institute of higher learning. Masters degree with 55% in aggregate in any subject 5-year experience in media Industry/Teaching/Research in Mass Communication.

B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology eligibility is as below. Minimum eligibility for it is intermediate (10+2) passed with science subjects or equivalent examination from a recognised university or board. The following categories shall be eligible for admission to B.Ed. Programme- (a) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education in the schools located within U.P. (b) candidate who have completed an NCTE recognized Teacher Education Programme through Face-to-Face mode and are residents of U.P. But in a case of In-service teacher he has to work as a teacher in the school during the programme otherwise his/her admission shall be treated as cancelled without any notice.
