Hi Abhijit Debnath,
Unfortunately, diplomas do not qualify and not accepted. You can enroll into a Bachelor's degree course in India and complete the first year and then apply. You can also clear IIT JEE Advance to qualify for a UG course in Germany. The other good option is to enroll into a foundation year programme with a German university, it is known as Studienkolleg. Find the details on DAAD website or look up the net.

With your percentile, you might not get a good B-School offering Business Analytics as the best Institute for Business Analytics is Great Lakes and you don't qualify for that. However, you can try some other colleges depending on your interest and eligibility, if you want to apply to BIMM (as it has a batch for B.A. So, it will be quite good for you) then most welcome. Dear,
You need to clear your backlogs first because whatever the scholarships are being provided by the abroad universities that are only on the basis of your merit list so if you are having bad academics them it will be difficult for you to grab the opportunity out there. All the best.
