Once you complete BSc You can join BTech in Mech in IIIrd sem (2nd year). First year is exempted to candidates with BSC (Maths as a subject). Fees will be 16,000 per sem. It will be 6 sem course for you. Since you will be elligible for BTech, you don't need to do Diploma.

It is very simple to start basic for UPSC or any competative exam. 1) read at lesat two news papers daily one from english and second from ur mothertong bt keep in mind the papers should be well-known and not local. and take inompratnt notes like who who won the world cup who world australian tournament who is president of egypt etc.
2) read secondary books from std 7th to 12th and take important notes from the book like formalas of maths concepts of sceince, important historcal dates from historty etc.
3) listen news everyday
4) most important thing is do study everyda and regulalrry without any hesitation

As you want to pursue MBA in Media Management, I would like to say that MBA in Media Management is a rare course and very few institutes provide MBA in Media Management rather I would suggest you to opt for PG in Media or Mass Comm. Also there are many good institutes that will provide you this course. Hi SAi, to go for MS in Germany you should appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. GRE is valid for 5 years and IELTS and TOEFL are valid for 2 yrs.

Now the best thing is u do SWOT (Strength / weakness / threat / opportunities ) analysis for urself and ascertain which specialisation suits u d most.
