Hi Junaid, don't be confused as Nz is a very good country for food technology and best for dairy technology. Nz promotes dairy industry a lot and scope and future of this industry is very good. University of Auckland offers a PGDip and Master in Food SCience and Massey offers PGDip and MAsters in Food technology. unfortunately there are no university offering a course in Dairy at PGDip or Masters level. Lincoln offers only a PhD.
