Hi,
You have a good percentage, no backlogs, but not a very impressive GRE score. You would not really get good universities to study at with this GRE score for sure whereas you deserve to be admitted into good universities with regards to your percentage. My recommendation to you is: Retake the GRE without thinking twice and target a score above 1200 atleast if you want admission in a decent university.

Hi - it depends on whether the course you are studying is validated, and what Level it is accredited with. The NDA Diploma in Interior Design is a Level 3 Diploma, and from this you can then move to the Foundation Degree in Interior Design which takes you to Level 5.
