There is not much information available regarding the placement of Jain University, so I would suggest you to contact the University directly.
However, it is a decent University which is recognized by UGC as Deemed University.

Hi Jeevan,
If you are trying to say that you plan to give up your MBBS in the mid of the term and plan to go for the Graduate studies in US, well that is an option with you but will carry risk and would want you to give it a thought again on your action of leaving your medical seat.
As for US education is concerned, to gain seat in the field of medicine, the minimum eligibility required is a 12th pass along with qualifying SAT exam.
There are several coaching institutes where in you can gain details about the test and also prepare for the same. Link to refer:
