is it kinda possible that I could change from a regular DU course to SOL (in same course) in 2nd year as am in 1st year rite now and things are turning out to be topsy turvy in my family and it seems impossible to go to college on a regular basis!

As per the information mentioned by the University the classes for the MBA tourism most probably are conducted in the University campus and not any affiliated institute, but still i would advise you to get in touch with the University directly to get the details for the same.
