The course fee depends from university to university. On an average, you can expect the fees to be somewhere in between 50,000-80,000 USD per annum including living expenses.

Hi Suyash, to do this you will first of all have to find out if the course is recognised in any of these countries or not. Also, to pursue MD in any of the countries above you need to appear for the respective qualifying exams. These are UK : PLAB 1,23 ; Australia : MCQ by Australia Medical council; Nz : Medical Council of Nz I believe the exam is called NZREX; USA : USMLE Step 1,2,3, Canada : MCCQA and Medical Ccouncil of Canada Evaluating Examination

CA is a professional course and you are not doing it from any university, so you can easily do it with BBA, if you can manage both the curriculum. You just cannot do two degrees from two university simultaneously.

If you want to get into networking field CCNA would be a good option for you, as you are from engineering background it doubles your chances of success in networking industry. However, a lot will depend on how clear are your fundamentals, how good is your hold on your area of interest, your academic capabilities and your capacity to perform.
