HI HArdik, getting admission will also depend on a few other factors like which University you have completed your course from, GRE score, LORs, Statement of Purpose. If the marks are not up to Unviersity's expectation and a student still wishes to apply then based on other factors a decision is made. So I suggest that you go ahead with application after appearing for GRE and try to get a good score like at least 1300.

Well if you are keen to pursue MCA from the EIILM University which is located in West Sikkim, you can opt for the same as the University is approved by the UGC.

Yes one is eligible to MBA from good institutes. MBA also good institutes. Top B-Schools under MAT are Alliance, Christ college banglore, Bimtech Noida, Amity Noida, Asia Pacific Delhi, NIILM Delhi etc. These institutes hace also good placements.

For MCA, DU conducts a test around June-July named as "Delhi University MCA Entrance Test" you have to qualify it. And the eligibility for it is : candidate need to pass the Bachelor's Degree with at least 60% (55% for reserved category students) marks in aggregate. It is also necessary for them to have one paper in Mathematics and another in Computer Science/Statistics/Operational research/Mathematic.
If you are in the eligibility criteria then you can go for it.
