As you have completed your MBA (HR), it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be, after working for some years you will know in which field of HR you need further studies, which can enhance your career prospects.
However if you wish to continue with your studies, you may pursue Msc in HR from universities in UK.The duration of masters course in UK is 1 year.
