**The CFA course is recognized as the best course in finance sector. But that recognition is held only by CFA institute USA.
**The ICFAI is not approved by AICTE itself. So, the CFA from ICFAI has very less value in India and when you think about career in Multi national companies then its all in vein.
So there is no comparison of CFA from ICFAI India or from CFA institute USA.

First of all do not loose heart, there are solution to every problem these days.
As per your query, do not worry you can complete your graduation without pondering over the gap that you must be having.
There is an education body called NCC Education that give credit to your every level of education. So your two years would not go waste rather would be taken as Diploma and Advanced Diploma respectively so you become eligible for 3rd year as per their rules. ELIGIBILITY:
A candidate is declared eligible for the MCA Programme, if he / she has passed the degree examination of a recognized University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (open category) and 45% marks (reserved category in Maharashtra only). In addition they need to have taken Maths as a subject at the 10 +2 level or at Graduation and must have appeared for MH-CET or test conducted by Maharashtra Association of MCA Institutes (MAMI).
SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Pursuing MBA is always a good option, as it further enhances the career prospects, MBA is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
Finance.
Marketing.
Human resources.
Operations management.
In order to pursue MBA, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 50% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
