Pursuing MBA is always good option, as it further enhances the career prospects, as you have completed your B.E, I would suggest you to work for some years, and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be, that you will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue M.Tech, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.

But if you are interested in making a career involving both, they one such option for you can be "Marketing" as it requires both Management and PR skills to get business for the organization. But as of now there is no such program offering both the courses (B.Com and Mass Comm) together!
