Although, advisable is that you should opt for a regular MBA programme from a decent University like IIMs, MDI etc. because it not only gives you good practical exposure but also helps you in getting better job opportunities. It is more important that you go for full time MBA especially when you are a fresher or with 1 or 2 years of Experience as Correspondence programme is mainly for people with good amount of work experience and looking for growth in their current organization or current industry.
However, if you are keen on doing your MBA through correspondence few of the Universities which you may consider are: IGNOU, Anna

Well even though there is no such compulsion to have an education background related to a field to secure a job in field related to the fashion world, you can always get an entry but it is equally important to hold some basic knowledge about the field.
When mentioned about your interest to work for fashion magazine, it becomes difficult to assume as to in which department you are looking to pursue a career as the same would involve streams/ sections like Photographer, Analyst, Proofreader, Journalist, Editor etc.
There are several courses related to these fields and you may refer to the following link for this purpose:

Although, you have not mentioned about the details of which CET you have given but If you are from any other state Domicile certificate is required but as stated by Gomti if you have 4 or more years of education from the same state I Don't think you would require Domicile certificate. However, I would like to add here that few Universities Despite of the fact that you have studied for 4 years in the same state, still require Domicile certificate and every University will have its own admission procedures, so I would suggest that you should contact the University which you are planning to enroll for or the Examination board for

First of all I would like to know that how well you are placed in your BCA, because if you are performing well in your BCA then I would not suggest you to go for MBA rather I would suggest you to opt for MCA and get into technical field as at this stage when you are fresher, full time MBA would be more beneficial and to get into good MBA Institute you would not only require 50% and above in your graduation degree but also need to have strong academics, not only this you would require a very high percentage so, only if you are fully confident that you can meet these requirements go for MBA else opt for MCA.
Hope this resolves yo
