If you are talking about Indus Business academy, yes it is approved by AICTE and you can go for this Institute. See, there is no comparison between the two. IITs are the top institutions of the world and the colleges falling under AIEEE are not up to that level. There are NITs and other few institutions under AIEEE also which are premier institutions in the country.

If you want to get into a degree programme you need to clear your compartment first, if you have already cleared your compartment then you can go ahead, and do Bachelors degree, although, it would be difficult to get through any good College or University but you definitely can go for correspondence or Open University degree programmes.
