After diploma in engineering, you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.

Procedure :
To take admission, there is Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.

The test will be in two parts.That is written test and a personal interview round. Written test will comprise of general awareness, maths and english with multiple choice answers, you have to shade the right option , in interview round, you will be judged upon your communication skills.If you clear our entrance, you can get the admission done.

After completing B.E. you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.E. and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
