Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition. Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA from best B-schools of India.
So, regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So, at present your emphasis should be more on getting good marks in 12th, so that you may get admission in good college or university.
Once you complete your graduation, you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA as it will further enhance your career prospects.
So, do not worry, even after completing your 12th and graduation from science stream you may surely pursue MBA or PGDM from top B-schools, prpvided you fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.

After B.Tech in ECE, you have two options :
1) You may opt for M.Tech if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch .
2) You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
You have another option with you, i.e.,
You may plan to work in private or public sector industries of various types. After gaining a valuable work experience of a year or two you may finally get a clear picture about your interest area, whether to go with the technical course (M.Tech) or management course (MBA).
So, in a nutshell, it's your decision to choose between the two lines. Think and decide wisely where do you wish to see yourself in future.
