With 15 years of education UK, would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue MBA from US, you need to have 16 years of education.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

Hi, The best time to take GRE if you are looking for Fall 2014 is to write in the period June till August 2013. Most Universities will open their applications for 2014 from September end or October and so if you have a GRE score by then, you will be an early applicant and stand a better chance of getting admissions. Your Bachelors degree percentage is good and if you can combine it with a good GRE of 310 range plus, you can get in to some top class Universities. But in general you do not need GRE for UK Universities. GRE is required for most US Universities. Take IELTS or TOEFL and get a good score as well. Look out for programs like

Hi,
The eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two research publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.

2. For admission to B.Com. Classes the student must have passed class XII either with commerce or Arts with economics or Science with Math.
