There is no college in India which provides Civil Services Examination preparation along with BBA because there is no overlap of BBA syllabus NV with Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC.

It depends. If you do it online, it takes 6-8 months and if you want to do it from a university, it takes nearly 3-years. Also, you can do it after 12th.

In order to seek admission in 5 years degree course in law, candidate must be 10+2. Unfortunately, most of the universities do not treat Diploma in engineering equivalent to 10+2. Therefore, if you have done Diploma after 10th, you are not eligible for seeking admission in 5 years degree course. If you have done Diploma after 10+2, you can seek admission in 5 years Integrated law degree by appearing in CLAT exam.

Dear,
If you really want to do further education, all options are good. In B.Tech, you have to complete your files, drawing sheets (if in Mechanical), in short submission part is there.
also doing B-Tech from private colleges may not be considered but if you complete it from any IIT then surely you will have a better future and growth.
AMIE and IIIE is also good to complete your engineering graduation. in AMIE you can choose your branch (I.e. mechanical, production, electronics etc) but it is quite difficult. You need good self-study and extra readings.
IIIE has no sub branch, it is completely an industrial engineering. It's syllabus also
