A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a good credit average (depends upon the university) and at least above 6.5 IELTS score.
You can do Masters in Professional Engineering in Civil Engineering from Top ranked universities like University of Sydney, University of Technology Sydney, University of Melbourne(pronounced as MELBIN) etc.

The SNAP test cut-off depends on the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the level of toughness of the exam and the institute you are applying for. The cut-off for SIBM Pune is mostly 98+ percentile. Symbiosis International University has some 40+ colleges under its wing and many of them offer MBA programs.

You can apply for BBA in event management once you have completed class 12 with at least 50% marks. Admissions are done through the merit list prepared on the basis of class 12 board exam results. However, some universities may take a basic aptitude test as part of selection process. Certificate, Diploma and PG Diploma Courses:
Although the eligibility for Diploma in event management courses is 45% to 50% marks in class 12, these courses will add value to your CV if you pursue them after completing graduation. You can apply for PG Diploma courses after pursuing graduation (any field) with a minimum of 50% marks.

That cost around INR 60000 to INR 70000 along with all other expenses. IGNOU cost little bit high. Prefer Pondicherry University which is somewhat less fee. All the best.
