Choosing a University is a big decision, as our career fully depends upon that. There are some key parameters that we should keep in mind before choosing any University, like, faculty, placements, international exposure, curriculum, alumni of that university. Being a alumni of lpu, I would say, Lovely Professional University is one of the finest university that I know of. Be it academics, placements or extra-curricular activities. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. Hi Kumar,
I can only speak about your chances at 96.09 percentile for MMS at XIMR. You have a good chance in the open category on the basis of last year's cutoff available on the website. However, cut-offs are basis the number of applicants at high percentiles.
Additionally, basis my understanding, XIMR is a niche, focused, primarily academic-driven institution, whereas, MET is a wholistic developer of managerial skills and indulges in a practical implementation of knowledge. It's a 50/50 between SRM and VIT. SRM, KTR has its own pluses and VIT has its own pluses. VIT's exposure is slightly more than SRM's. Placements are almost the same. (Conditions apply).

I would recommend UEM-Kolkata as per your location as this is a private college and many have their own exam for qualification and the University of Engineering and Management provides the best infrastructure with good placement assistance with low fee structure.

Hi Arshdeep,
Always choose your course based on your areas of interests and likes. If I suggest you just any course it may not be even suitable for you. There are anyways plenty of options after Science 12th. Biotechnology, Food and Nutrition, Agriculture , Pharma, Medicine, etc. You have to be more specific with the subjects. Accordingly you can filter out your choices from this link:
