If its IIT or BIT or VIT you are good to go. Many applicants apply and get a job while some do not. So, its a profile specific query. If you are qualified and skilled then why not. Its difficult for a fresher as employers in Australia prefer candidates with work experience. So, if you want to settle in Australia please gain some solid work experience before applying. Check job portals and prepare accordingly. You need also to check the latest SOL of Australia.

It's rare that you will find any university not accepting these scores. They might waive-off if your profile is strong.
