Who will be allowed to appear for JEE Advanced and who will not, will be dependent on the results of JEE Mains. National Testing Agency is expected to make an announcement in this regard shortly. I would like to advise you not to get worried on this aspect because nobody can actually predict with certainty as to what will happen to a student belonging to different reserved categories. It is expected that roughly 30% of the students will be cleared to appear for JEE Advanced from each catagory.
Best wishes to you for your dreams of appearing in JEE Advanced.

With the fee of private colleges as well as deemed to be university skyrocketing, the students have again started preferring government colleges which charge very less fee. This intern means that if a student is desirous of getting admission in a government college then he must clear the entrance exam with good marks and obtain a good ranking. It is generally expected that those who are in the top 5 percentile or top 5% bracket only will be able to garner a seat in a government college. Best wishes to you to be in this top 5% so that you get the college of your dreams.
