Hello Srinidhi,
In spite of getting admission in engineering, completing your first year and now studying in second year, you want to abandon this and start of a new course of your life in new field of law. Right? Frankly speaking, it's never too late if one has realized that one has entered into wrong profession and not to one's liking. If you really feel that engineering is not your cup of tea and you are really interested in law then there is absolutely no harm in dropping out of Engineering and taking off on different path. Hello Sarath Kumar,
Your academic record appears to be quite good. Scoring a percentile of above 85 in JEE Mains is indeed an exceptional result. However, a majority of students are desirous of getting a seat in CSE branch and hence the closing percentiles are very high. For aeronautical or aerospace engineering, you have a chance because this branch is available only in IITs and you will definitely be clearing JEE Mains and can appear for JEE Advanced. I am attaching a link that we predict a college and branch for you based on your percentile.
