Eligibility criteria for PGDM at IIMs is graduation degree with 50% and above marks. Therefore you can chose any degree of your choice & interest to meet min educational requirement. You can start home CAT preparations ( Numerical ability , Data interpretation, verbal etc) and seek coaching if self preparation is not good. Also work to develop leadership traits.
