Yes, you can get admission in GB Pant University after clearing JEE mains exam. Your rank should be in the range of 50k to 80k. For CS branch, your rank should be in the range of 50k to 60k.
After this, you have to apply for the UTU state counselling and then if the seat is allotted to you in that then you have to report to the college within the given period of time.

For the rank you have got, you can easily get a seat through counselling in both the branches you wanted, based on the last rank in the college for those branches last year in your category.
