NIT Jamshedpur is a good option with EEE. It has good package around INR 10 lakh per annum and is doing well. Moreover, you have better options with CSE in MANIT Bhopal or in MVNIT, Jaipur.

Hello Sanjay,
Every course and college have different entry requirements, you have to check on their websites for specific information. Normally you must have around 60% to secure a place at a decent college. You must also take the IELTS and have atleast 6 with module score less than 5.5.

No, there is not a single college except IITs who take the JEE Advanced score only Indian institute of space Science and technology is an institute cum IIT who accepts JEE advance score. They requires under 1000 rank to make eligible for IIT colleges. This is tough and not everyone can achieve this milestone.
