There are fairly high chances that you can get NIFT, Delhi.
Check last merit rank admitted in 2017 at http://nift.ac.in
The difference in domicile and general is that if there is any NIFT center in your city, then you will get a little advantage of that under OBC domicile.

Dear Ujjwal,
DIT is better but then you should check other good universities that have been highly ranked by MHRD. Check some of the good private universities like LPU, SRM, VIT, etc., that have good a very good ranking and are offering various specializations in B.Tech including CSE. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Talking about IIEST, an interesting fact about this college is that unlike other colleges, who have their starting rank in CSE or CST, starting rank of IIEST comes from Aerospace department. The reason being the academic excellence of the faculty here. Whether you want to further pursue masters or not, thorough knowledge of your B. Tech. or B. E. syllabus is always advised. You will get an opportunity to complete your bachelors degree under highly influential professors and with some diligence and hard work, you can even prepare for masters en

Hi Rita, XIMR is good in terms of both- the faculty is excellent and the companies that come for campus placements are also pretty decent. Last year, the minority final list cut-off was 91 percentile, so I doubt it's going to be easy getting through CAP rounds. You could, however, apply through ILS.
