Although the opinion on this may vary from person to person, but according to me you can go ahead and get admission in this institute as Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, is one of the first Goverenment College in the state of Hrayana, started in 1987. If you are asking from a placement point of view generally the government institutes have lower placement credibility but this Engineering College has placement record of 90%.
