From the option given by you, one of the best advise will be complete the M.Sc in the field from which you are doing the graduation and than you may do PhD. So, after PhD, you can concentrate yourself in research field or you may join the college as lecturers. If you are interested in the field of Management, you may also explore the option of MBA.

Hi Priyanka,
All the good and top ranked B-School across the globe requires minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation. As per your profile UK would be the best study destination for you as it accepts 10+2+3 years of education pattern, US universities requires 10+2+4 years of education pattern for Masters courses.
There are many good universities in UK which offers MBA to students without work experience as well.
It will be always advisable to work for certain number of years after graduation and than apply for MBA, but if you wish to pursue MS in chemistry, you can pursue this without work experience.
