If you have to choose between B.Sc and B. E programmes keeping in mind less time and less fee then B.Sc would be the best option.

After doing BBA LLB you can appear Bar Council Examination and start practicing law, if you feel that you don't want to get into full fledged career in law as in you don't want to become a lawyer you can go for other areas of law like Cyber laws, intellectual property law (copyright, patents, trademarks, designs), Technology law (IT), securities law, ADR (alternative dispute resolution), TRP (Tax Return Preparer) etc.
As far as KIIT University is concerned, it is a UGC recognized University.
