1. Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French-- in that order
2. In the USA it's Spanish
In Australia it's Mandarin
In Europe it's English, French and German
And it depends on your future career. German or french would be good for engineers going to Europe. Or spanish for plants in Mexico etc
3. For domestic purposes, obviously Spanish.
For international purposes, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and Farsi are in high demand, and one can earn a lot of money translating for the State Department or Fortune 500 companies.

The only difference between the two would be that Government Aided Seats and Self Financing Seats is that GAS would have lower fee structure then SFS.
