Hello!Sorry with your rank you cannot get MSRIT or BMSCE as you need a good rank to apply for these colleges.But there are other colleges which provides good placements where you can apply for cse or ise branch- BMSIT,NMIT,RNSIT.

If you want to study Bachelor's degree then you must complete your 10+2 and you must be very good in your studies. If you are planning to study after class 10th you can check colleges under the University of Oxford. Check this link:
