Hello Santosh,
I don't think engineering colleges are asking for any fitness certificate before allowing a student to get admitted to a college. Same is true for aeronautical engineering also.

You need to score more than 75% in class 12 or should be in top 20 percentile of your board.You need to score around 180 to 200 to get admission in a good NIT or IIIT. You should score 250+ to get admission in IIIT-Hyderabad.

Yes, it is true. Most of the top entrance exams need a candidate to score minimum 50% aggregate marks during graduation to appear for them. However, there are some exams like XAT and MAT which do not consider your graduation scores at all i.e. you just need to be a graduate. Better you apply and prepare for them. Good luck!
