The cut-offs vary year after year. Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Students are the ones you learn a lot of things from. Students at PICT are amongst the best in Pune so there's great competition within.
Teachers do solve all doubts, and are ready to help in every possible manner.
Teaching quality will remain same for first and second shift, however, there might be a clash of opinions in this case. Depends on person to person. But the general trend has been that the first shift has always been given preference by students. You can participate in various events better in firs
