I think you should go and visit ICFAI University. Don't go just by the name. There are too many good colleges in Rajasthan, especially in Jaipur which are trying to compete with VIT Vellore, MNIT and LMNIT in terms of modern educational concepts, association with renowned universities in UK, USA, Canada and Russia sending their students in these institutions to compete globally, providing multidisciplinary expertise, opportunities for START-UPS their innovative ideas. The best colleges for computer engineering in Maharashtra are College of Engineering-Pune, MIT-Pune and Veermata Jijabai Technolgical Institute-Mumbai. These colleges are the best colleges to choose as they have good placements too.

I think you should go with ece branch.Because for upcoming years ece have better scope in our country. Due to changed scenario in world the IT sector is suffering fall. While scope of ece is very wide and have great scope to rise in our country. So you should go with ece.

You can do MS in top colleges. But you have to crack GRE for it. GRE is an exam which provides the opportunity to students to pursue MS in foreign colleges .

There is less chance of it according to past few years cutoff. But you can get one if you are lucky as it varies every year. You can also try some good private colleges if you don't get one like Ambedkar Polytechnic etc.
