Hi Uzma,
Although, the eligibility to enter an M.Tech programme would vary from University to University but, as you have done your M.Sc in Computer Science what I feel that by now you must have got a good hold on Math, moreover there are Universities who do accept M.Sc students to their M.Tech programmes. You can take up M.Tech IT or Computer Engineering.
However, I would like to add here that in good Universities there can be some hitches as in why you want to go for a Second Masters degree etc. on the basis of which they may reject you.

Hi Nikita, i'm asking you the same question. what made you choose? What inspired you to do integrated program? what do you want to do after completion of the course? where would like to see yourself after 5 years?if you think quietly and pose these questions to yourself and write the answers on a piece of paper .you'll get the answer for your self.n u'll be able to express it better than me.
