Hi Uzma,
Although, the eligibility to enter an M.Tech programme would vary from University to University but, as you have done your M.Sc in Computer Science what I feel that by now you must have got a good hold on Math, moreover there are Universities who do accept M.Sc students to their M.Tech programmes. You can take up M.Tech IT or Computer Engineering.
However, I would like to add here that in good Universities there can be some hitches as in why you want to go for a Second Masters degree etc. on the basis of which they may reject you.

There are quite a few institutes in the country which can offer you the Bachelors degree courses in Multimedia, but then each of which shall differ from one institute to another in terms of the fee structure and giving away any particular details would be difficult.
Yet I would suggest you to contact the institute directly to get the exact information as this would be the most relevant source to find information.
