Hi Jesica, for the course you have specified I would like to suggest India, Australia, Nz and Singapore.
Although you can go for the course to Germany, but the countries I have mentioned above have a boom in the industry you are interested in. There are good job opportunities after course completion and stay back options.
Getting admission at German univ is a task.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

Hi Pramod,
It is always advisable to apply in universities with actual TOEFL score, however if during the time of applying to the university you have not taken TOEFL, in that case you can still go ahead and apply , but the university will issue 'CONDITIONAL' offer letter to you , stating that your admission will be confirmed only when you take TOEFL, and get the score required by the university.
I hope this answers your query.

see, in classes, they provide certain short tricks and help one practice well. But if you think, you are fast in calculations and can do on your own, better to proceed.
