Hello Kapil! Work experience is not compulsory to pursue MBA from any B-school in india(apart from ISB). However, it is always beneficial to have it as significant weightage is allotted to it by the various B-schools during their admission processes. Plus, someone having an experience will be able to relate with the MBA curriculum in a better way than a fresher.
