You have a decent score to apply to this university but i must let you know that admission to the MBA program in Stanford does not totally depend on your GMAT/GRE score. Please find below the requirements you would need to fulfill in order to get admission in this university:
1) GMAT/GRE: Preferable score 700+/1400+
2) TOEFL: preferable score 105+
3) Undergrad percentage: Preferable score 75% and above
4) Minimum work experience-2 years. Preferable work experience 4-5 years.
5) Some amount of social service/community service would be recommend.
If you fulfill ALL the above mentioned requirements, only then you would have a decent chance of admission in this university. Otherwise i would not recommend you to apply here.

First evaluate yourself and find out whether you have more flair for educational line or totally technical line or you are more comfortable doing admistration (plus technical) kind of work.
If you want to persue your career in educational line then doing M.Tech and even PHd later should be your first choice. If you are more inclined towards technical job then also I would advice you to go for M.Tech and then get into a job and later after some good experience complete your MBA. When you do M.Tech you keep your opportunities open for working in education or research line incase you do not fit yourself in routine mechanical engineering jobs.
If at the outset you are more inclined toward administrative kind of jobs then you must do MBA through regular course immediately after completing B.Tech. By doing MBA you actually expand your horizon and then you do not limit yourself to mechanical engineers jobs only. Take some good time and evaluate all this keeping you in focus before arriving at any final conclusion.

The minimum requirement for the IELTS test is 6.5 with a minimum score of 6 in each section. You would have to retake the IELTS. Apart from that, you would have to provide the university with 2 letters of recommendations, and 1 SOP.
