First of all you have not mentioned here like which course you want to pursue however at NUS MS in Electronics and Instrumentation engineering is not available you may go for MS in electrical engineering. It would be easier for me if you can let me know abt your desired course name.and GRE score of 1350 is a good score if you can achieve this then nothing like it. Ideally above 1000 is a good score however admission is depends on other criteria as well.
Hope this helps!

after MTech, you will be working on technical products coding, software testing etc.
After doing MBA, depending on what stream you chose, you will be working either as marketing manager or finance manager or product manager. Salary of an MBA is better than MTech.
.
Having said all that I would advise you to do MBA, that is good for the long term.
Remember one thing , if you do MBA do it only from a good college, like FMS, IIMS etc.

If you are looking for a regular program, Almost all the good Institutes will require atleast 50% in your graduation. I would suggest that you should try for either those Institutes which are accepting MAT or you can opt for private institutes which conduct their own Entrance Exams. Chances are high that you may get acceptance in those institutes.
