You must have bachelors degree in civil engineering or an equivalent with minimum 60% in order to apply for MSc in Civil Engineering at University of Duisburg-Essen also international students are required to take TOEFL test if english is not the native language , knowledge of german language is also required at least two basic levels of the Goethe Institute or TestDaF certificate, at least level 3 in all areas TDN is essential
